Welcome to the Centre for Stress Relief and Mastering the Art of Peaceful Living. My primary focus is to help human beings bring a greater sense of wholeness and balance back into their lives. My aim is to make this website as inviting and inspiring as I can, so that people from all walks of life feel inspired to change and heal old habits and ways of living, thinking and being, so that the light at the end of the tunnel can not only be seen but also felt.There is an enormous amount of pressure on everyone these days and it can seem impossible to find a sense of calm or a place of balance in our hectic days. My aim is to teach you and guide you in how to find and create that sense of balance and well-being once again. We do this by gently changing old habits and taking one step at a time. I aim for it to be an enriching, empowering and enlightening journey for anyone who is willing to join me.In order for our lives to change, first we must change.
